August 25, 2008

August 25, 2008…

Outside my Window...I see the trees blowing and the sun is shining…My clothes line is ready for me to hang out a load of laundry…

I am Thinking...what to make for dinner today and the rest of the week. I have several ideas of what flavors I am craving…now it is just that I have to decide what to make…

I am thankful for... God’s Love and Grace…this I can say again and again…for family, friends and the air we breathe…

From the kitchen...I have decide to take down my old border and put on the new one I bought a year ago…not sure what I was waiting for, but the time is now!

I am creating... scrapbook pages of the photo’s that have been taken and not placed anywhere…that to is the time to get this done…

I am going...make a few bookcases and attach them to the walls in one of the bedrooms…I have a large collection of books and magazines that I wish to keep a little longer.

I am wearing...black jeans, a teal floral big shirt ( so comfortable) and again in bare feet…

I am reading...a book called “Secrets of Serenity” will add later my thoughts on this…

I am hoping... and praying for a safe delivery of our new grandchild…

I am hearing...the TV is on in another room, the sound of my computer, and my thoughts surfacing as I write…

Around the house...our hostas and yuccas are doing well along with a few trees that have self started…

One of my favorite things...is being outside in the fresh air and walk threw the woods looking for berries…

A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week...Clean, scrapbook, shop, cook, laundry and anything else that happens to come up…

Here is a picture thought I am sharing with you...

From the kitchen...I am roasting 2 chickens…then I can make several recipes and dips for the week…

I am creating... a quilt for our daughter and son-in-law and hope to be finish soon…I have thought long and hard to capture a bit of there personalities with the colors and design I am using…

I am going...to the kitchen to make bread, then to the dinning room to scrapbook a few more pages as I do almost everyday…

I am wearing...black jeans and a teal shirt and again in bare feet…
