okay so I put a comment on one fo your earlier posts, thinking I was commenting on this one. Silly me. Things that are not mentioned on the list that I have had: Dog patties, dog jerky, ostrich jerky, ostrich burger, chicken intestine soup, pigeon bone soup, menudo (that's cow tripe soup), and prickley pear jelly (that's a cacti fruit).

I've eaten deep fried alligator in both Texas and most recently at the Illinois State Fair. Once you've had some -- you'll want to find another alligator to fry. Yummy!

Ok - I saw "mole poblano" on that list and immediately thought of the nasty critters tearing up my backyard (moles) - but realized that mole is a type of Mexican sauce and not a meat. On a poblano pepper, hmm that sounds yummy. Just as long as I can wash it all down with a margarita!
